GRAND REOPENING OF THE 3rd FLOOR - JANUARY 2009

Beginning January 2nd, 2009, 440 Studios will open the doors to the brand new 3rd Floor!

Thanks to a grant from the City of New York, we have been able to create brand new spaces and rebuild the entire floor. The 3rd Floor contains eight studios and two performance spaces - including the brand new White Box. There is new flooring in every room, including three new spaces with semi-sprung hardwood floors. The Linhart Theater has been completely renovated with a brand new booth, storage spaces, grid, and retractable seating.

Join us for our OPEN HOUSE on Friday, January 16th, 2009, from 6-10pm. Come and receive a special discount on your first or next rental. Please RSVP if you plan on attending.

As part of the reopening, we have added day rates as well as weeklong rates for all of our rehearsal spaces. And, as always, we offer a 15% discount to Not-for-Profits with proof of NFP status, and a 20% discount to anyone booking on a weekday before 6pm.

The 4th Floor remains open with eight studios, as well as a large studio with a semi-sprung Harlequin Dance floor.
